Frequently asked questions

Easy! We ask that you leave your dogs harness or collar near the door or in a area where we can easily reach it! If there you or someone else is present we kindly ask for you to already have them in their walking gear. It makes it quicker for you, your dog and your walker!

We've dealt with many shy dogs and something we can take from each and every one of them is paitence. We don't just come in and snatch your dog up for a walk. We give them time to sniff around and get to know us. We encourage your dog to not be afraid and let them know that we're friendly. Now some dogs can become a little aggressive. At that point we will not conintue to walk your dog just to protect ourselves and him/her. If this ever happens we will just let you know and proceed to refund your money. You know your dog the best so if you have any worries of this happening let us know beforehand.

We will NOT walk your dog through busy streets full of crowds, however this is NYC and we all know it's impossible to avoid such. We try our best to not put your pups in stressful situations especially when most pups have anxiety. Our goal when walking is to provide a safe environment and a relaxing yet fun stroll! We also pay very close attention to your dog on the walk. Your walkers are going to make sure they're not sniffing at anything bad or trying to eat anything off the ground.

Lucky for you we've dealt with a lot of dogs who have pulling issues. We've trained our own dogs to not pull and we've had Siberian Huskys before who just have it in their nature. Pulling is not a deal breaker for us but eventuanlly you might want to look into a professional walk trainer if it's a problematic thing. We do our best to encourage and help dogs not pull but we are NOT professional trainers! All dogs are different.

Rain? Snow? Doesn't matter! If you want your dog walked, they'll be walked. If you don't want your furry friend out in such weather, just let us know. We can provide a playtime indoors or you can cancel your walk appointment and recieve a full refund!

We will NOT walk your dog if a prong or choke collar is provided. Sorry but we don't condone such training habits. Let us know what harness or collar you will be using when we speak about your pups walking details. We provide both fresh water and treats on our walks to encourage your dog to stay active. We will ask you if both items are okay for your dog. We will not give your dog treats if you don't want them to have any due to allergies or any other reasons. The treats we provide are Zuke's, Crazy Dog, and Old Mother Hubbard biscuits. We don't give these all at the same time it's just the selection we trust for our own dogs. As always the customer is always right so make sure you let us know if treats are okay and if your pup has any allergies!

We think everyone loves and should know what their beloved pet is up to. We will send you a photo from when they're picked up, walking, and dropped off to ensure full trust and safety. It would only be 3 photos because we don't want to spam you, but if you want more we are more than happy to send you them! These photos are also used as proof that we have walked your dog that way there is no confusion between us pet owners and walkers. Although we do think you'd enjoy seeing how happy your pup is, let us know if you do not want any update photos sent to you.
